Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish credibility and build robust relationships with functional leaders and the HR community, partnering closely with them on large scale L&D programs.
  • You will be instrumental in designing, developing and driving learning interventions across the talent life cycle
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, interventions, workshops, online training)
  • Support, promote and locally and globally drive L&D strategy focused on Data-Driven & Service led roadmap

  • In this role, you are required to assist in solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • You will be working as a part of the HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations.
