Refund of 50% of program fees net of taxes will be given incase of cancellation done no later than 10 days prior to the start date of the program, only if the program code/link has not been issued
No return, cancellation or transfer will be given once assessment code/link has been issued to the participant
Full refund is given incase of dual payment due to payment page reloading
Incase of unavailability for your purchased program where no code or link has been provided, you may transfer yourself to another program of the same amount or higher- by paying the overheads, no later than 24 hours prior to the start time of the program purchased.
