Competency Assessment for Executive Development and Career Progression

Torrent Power Limited (One of the leading brands in Indian Power Sector) desired to undertake a systematic Competency Assessment for Executive Development and Career Progression of its 43 Executives and Assistant Managers at Agra and Bhiwandi locations.

Based on Naman’s previous association with TPL for similar assignment for Ahmedabad and Surat locations where it covered 126 executives, TPL approached Naman for Assessment Centre project for its Agra and Bhwiandi locations.

The project scope included fine-tuning competency dictionary, training internal TPL assessors along with Naman assessors, scheduling and conducting Assessment Centre for 43 Executives/Assistant Managers against the identified competencies and providing developmental inputs to help them develop action plans in order to equip them to take higher responsibilities.
