Leadership Development Intervention

The client is a world-leading gases and engineering company offering turn-key solutions, from engineering concept to plant commissioning and; pioneering over 2000 patents & innovations covering petrochemical, LNG, synthesis gas, adsorption, heaters & furnaces, natural gas, hydrogen, gas processing, cryogenics, air separation and many more. The client has approximately 62,000 employees working in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Based on effective delivery of 1 year-long leadership development intervention for its 40 senior management executives; client awarded Naman with the 3rd batch consisting of 30 middle management executives. The intervention was designed to achieve following objectives focusing on client’s global competency framework:

Sharpen leadership capabilities of identified managers.

Blend Ownership & Leadership leading to personal transformation of identified managers to facilitate sustainable change management initiatives and organizational growth.

Methodology adopted for the intervention included outbound training program; pre & post assessment – psychometric tests, 360 degree feedback & assessment center; individual report sharing & coaching session; projects & team meetings and; classroom training programs.
