Our story
NamanHR started in 2004 in a basement office in Vadodara, Gujarat, led by founder Samir Parikh with a simple question:
Why do capable people struggle in complex organisations?
That question led to deep work with leaders, teams, and systems and became the foundation of NamanHR.
