Headquartered in the USA and present in 60+ countries, this 39-year-old packaging leader partnered with us to deepen leadership impact among 53 mid-to-senior level managers. Through a 3-month strengths-based journey, participants unlocked their core leadership themes, enabling them to lead more authentically, collaborate more effectively, and embed strengths into their team cultures.

Enabling Emirati Talent Through Mentorship at a Leading Middle Eastern Utility
As part of a national Emiratisation initiative, we supported one of the Middle East’s largest public utilities in building a future-ready mentoring ecosystem. From designing the framework to conducting 12 batches of mentor and mentee training, the intervention impacted 250+ early-career engineers—90% of them women—supporting UAE’s vision to elevate local talent to global standards through structured mentoring and inclusive leadership.
