The Culture Wire Issue 07

In over two decades of working across talent reviews, succession discussions, coaching journeys, and leadership calibrations, I’ve noticed a pattern that rarely makes it to performance dashboards.

These are undeniably important. But here is the harder truth: organizations often reward the leaders who drive noise, while depending on the leaders who drive cohesion.

When that infrastructure of cohesion collapses, we see the symptoms – burnout, disengagement, and culture drift.

This International Women’s Day, the conversation must move beyond representation. It must move toward recognition. Not symbolic recognition, but structural recognition.

If we are serious about building stronger leadership pipelines, we must begin to value the relational responsibility that is already shaping our organizations every day – even when it doesn’t look loud.

If this resonates with what you’re seeing in your teams, I invite you to continue the conversation.

Gargee Davda,
Head – Client Success Management, NamanHR
