2. What We Designed

A Structured Executive Coaching Intervention

We designed a 6-month executive coaching program focused on self-awareness, leadership style, and team engagement.

Our Game Plan

Phase 1: Conducted kick-off meeting to align expectations, address challenges, and define goals along with pre-coaching assessments and individualized feedback reports
Phase 2: Delivered six one-on-one coaching sessions and telephonic consultations to help executives derive actionable insights and create Individual Action Plans
Phase 3: Conducted focus group discussions and individual interviews post intervention, followed by feedback sessions and final review with HR to assess outcomes
